His Excellency the Speaker of Shura Council Dr.* Abdullah Al-Sheikh, personally and on behalf of the Council members, praised the wise decision the Kingdom has taken regarding 2020 Hajj performance.* The decision states on the reduction of pilgrims' number to a certain limit for all Muslim nationalities who are currently residing the Kingdom.* His Excellency confirms that this decision seeks the safety of pilgrims and it complies with Islamic Sharia.* His Excellency valued the wise leadership's concerns of the privilege and the honor of serving the Two Holy Mosques which is a bestow upon the Kingdom and their seekers.* The leadership cherishes this great responsibility that motivates to achieve the Sharia teachings in self-preservation and safety.*His Excellency, in a press release, described the leadership's decision for the 2020 Hajj to be limited on the individuals who are currently staying inside the Kingdom for health and safety purposes as a wise decision given that the pandemic is still spreading.* The decision has become an urgent exigency imposed by the Sharia law the protective measures to ensure the safety of human life.* It is an embodiment of the leadership concerns for the safety and security of this year's Hajj during the outbreak of this pandemic in whole world.*His Excellency noted that the decision was welcomed by Arabic and Islamic nations in middle of these exceptional circumstances that were created by the pandemic especially in places where social distance are impossible to create.*His Excellency Dr.* Alsheikh affirmed that the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al-saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al-saud , the Crown Prince , Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense May Allah protect them recognize the magnitude of the responsibility towards the Two Holy Mosques and holy shrines visitors via the decision which signifies the achievement of Hajj performance this year and in same time combats the pandemic to perfume this year's hajj in a safe healthy environment while adhering to protective protocols to ensure social distance, security and safety.*His Excellency explained that By making this decision, Saudi Arabia took into account the Sharia Law texts that confirm the adherence to precautionary measures during outbreaks to reduce their affects in an act of implying Sharia Law to prevent harm before its occurrence.* Gatherings of big numbers are one of the causes of the outbreak that endangers human life and requires combining efforts to defeat this pandemic and rids the world from it.* The applicable of the decision is clear evidence of Sharia tolerance and comprehension as far as life safety goes.*His Excellency the Speaker, at the end of the press release, mentioned the precautionary measures and protective protocols that have been taken by the kingdom's related apparatuses and the Royal directives to support the international efforts in facing (covid-19) to reduce its impact.*His Excellency supplicated to Allah Al Almighty to grand success to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Crown Prince and grand safety and security and prosperity for this country.*
