Riyadh, November 11, 2020 Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Inaugurate Works of Eighth Session of Shura Council, Today

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud will inaugurate today the works of the first year of the eighth session of the Shura Council. The paper said that the newly appointed Shura Council Member will sworn-in today before the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The paper pointed out that the whole nation will listen to the annual royal speech, to be delivered via video call, as the speech will deal with the Kingdom's internal and external policy and its positions towards the most important regional and international issues, as it is a road map for the council and its members. Al-Yaum newspaper said in its editorial that the continuous endeavors of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in rejecting violence and extremism and spreading the values of tolerance and moderation are captured by its history as a firm basis and approach since the stages of establishment until this prosperous era under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and HRH the Crown Prince.
